Shipping Policies:

Shipping to and from Rustick Knives is at the customers expense.  Shipping price varies due to weight, size, shipping type and location.

Shipping will be reimbursed by Rustick Knives for warranty returns or if it is our error. 

All items shipped will be insured.

Return Policy:

Rustick Knives proudly stands behind its work.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your product to initiate a refund, return or exchange.

• Returns must be made within 5 business day on receipt of goods.

• Shipping in non-refundable and is the customers responsibility. 

• Product must be in its original condition and packaging and free from wear, use or damage.

• Please contact us by email or phone prior to returning a product.

• Please include name, phone number, email address and mailing address with your return.

• Once we receive the product it will be inspected and a refund or exchange will be issued.

Warranty:

All Rustick Knives products come with a LIFETIME warranty for normal use.  Products that have been damaged by user neglect or altered in any way are void of any warranty. Knives are not intended to be used for prying, throwing, hammering, as screwdrivers or for anything other than the purpose of cutting. These are precision cutting tools. All warranties are limited to the original owner.
